About

WWINN (Worldwide Inland Navigation Network) is a network of inland navigation authorities in the world, created on March 13rd 2012 during the 6th World Water Forum of Marseille, France, on the initiative of the Central Commission for the Navigation of the Rhine (CCNR) . At this occasion, a joint declaration defining the objectives of this network has been adopted (Joint declaration of Marseille).

WWINN aims at promoting the river transport in the world and fostering the links between the different authorities in charge of the major navigable waterways management in the world, in order to exchange information, experiences and best practices.
